Brand Manager - Premium FMCG Brand

About the Company

A globally recognised Premium FMCG company is looking for a Brand Manager. With its strong brand portfolio and footprint across the region, they are currently recruiting the person to formulate branding strategies and bringing new inspirations to the market.

Responsibilities

- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies with campaigns across on and off-line platforms

- Analyze consumer behavior and market trends in order to come up with effective branding positioning and planning, production development and distribution

- Lead their brand strategies base on market trends, research consumer market (consumer preference and taste) and competitors' activities

- Work cross-functionally and agencies on marketing and advertising activities to drive new initiatives and innovative growth opportunities

- Oversee the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs

Requirement

- 5+ years of experience in Marketing and Branding, preferably in FMCG industry

- Solid experience in B2B and B2C customer segment

- Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business Management or a related discipline

- Native in Cantonese, fluency in English is a MUST

- Creative, data driven thinking, flexible and effective communicator with strong sense of ownership

- Proven track record on maximizing ROI and increasing brand equity
