Job Description

A multinational financial institution is looking for a Marketing Manager to support their regional marketing team to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and develop the marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness
  • Lead and plan digital and offline digital acquisition and marketing campaigns for the region
  • Corporate with multiple departments to execute campaigns and ensure business objectives are met
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with global marketing guidelines and directions, with appropriate localisation to maximise results
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and performance of campaigns
  • Analyse campaign data and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Build and manage the company's social media for the respective regions especially Hong Kong and China
  • Utilise and operate marketing automation tools to drive results

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • At least 6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in financial or professional services
  • Working level knowledge of marketing automation tools, such as Marketo, HubSpots, Zoho or Salesforce, etc.
  • Solid experience in all-rounded marketing - event management, email marketing, advertising and social media management
  • Strong literacy in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
