Job Description

A leading professional service firm from the UK is currently looking for an Account Executive to support their fast-growing business in the APAC region.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of existing accounts to achieve strategic goals and targets
  • Identify opportunities of new business and client reactivation
  • Build and maintain an effective and long-lasting relationship with the clients
  • Regularly communicate with clients to keep track of service process and quality
  • Maintain proper and accurate record of clients' information in the database
  • Work closely with the team to develop solutions and proposals to solve client's problem

Requirement

  • A bachelor's degree holder
  • Not less than 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or other client-facing role, preferably from the financial industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills to build and maintain relationships
  • A performance-driven, result-oriented, and positive mindset
  • Excellent command in written and oral skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce.com and G-suite tools
