My Advice

My advice to any candidate is to define your goals and how you would like your next role to help you achieve these goals. Never underestimate your abilities and the skills that you have gained over your career thus far and understand that almost everything you have experienced can be leveraged in a positive light. Be confident in telling your story and sharing practical examples of what you have learned and achieved but also show a willingness to further test and grow your skills. My Background

I took my first step into recruitment in 2017 shortly after I completed my Masters in Human Resource Management. I began my career recruiting for a range of public and private healthcare institutions through-out Ireland, where a key focus of my role was managing high-volume recruitment campaigns on a national and international level. I then made the decision to make the big move from Ireland to Sydney in June 2019 and am delighted that my experience in the Government space in Ireland has afforded me the opportunity to work across the Government sector here in Australia. Having been lucky enough to work with Morgan McKinley in Ireland, I was extremely grateful to have been in a position to join the fantastic team here in the Sydney office.
