As a Regional Product Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Strategic Vision: Play an integral role in crafting a comprehensive and cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with specific franchises and the regional context, driving unified brand presence.
  • Launch Excellence: Provide clear and effective launch guidelines, ensuring successful product introductions that capitalize on their potential.
  • Actionable Execution: Take charge of implementing marketing plans and strategies, transforming strategic concepts into tangible and impactful initiatives.
  • Vision Communication: Serve as a bridge between corporate vision, regional objectives, and local teams, conveying strategies and fostering alignment.
  • Omni-channel Activation: Collaborate closely with the regional team to conceptualize, construct, and convey omni-channel activation plans, enhancing franchise engagement.
  • Market Support: Engage with and bolster local markets in executing the strategy. Evaluate market-specific approaches, spanning launch activations, forecasts, merchandising, and sampling.
  • Strategic Oversight: Exercise thorough follow-up on strategy implementation for assigned franchises, ensuring their effective execution and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Partnership Cultivation: Forge robust partnerships with local teams, actively collecting insights and needs. Provide adapted action plans to suit unique market conditions.
  • Category Analysis: Conduct regular and comprehensive analysis of the Fragrance category, translating insights into strategic recommendations for continuous growth.

The successful candidate must have:

  • Relevant Experience: Possess over 5 years of relevant work experience in the fragrance industry, particularly with a focus on selective/department store brands.
  • Fragrance Expertise: Demonstrate solid knowledge and experience in the fragrance sector, showcasing familiarity with industry trends and dynamics.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Display comfort and proficiency in working with numbers, conducting forecasting, and performing thorough analysis of the fragrance category.
  • Digital Acumen: Showcase an understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, contributing to the modernization of fragrance marketing approaches.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit strong communication abilities to effectively convey ideas, guidelines, and strategies to both local teams and the broader regional team.
  • Meticulous and Analytical: Display meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills, enabling you to dissect complex challenges and devise effective solutions.

This role calls for a seasoned fragrance marketing professional with a passion for luxury and a comprehensive skill set to drive successful marketing initiatives, foster collaboration, and contribute to the growth and success of the fragrance business within the region working hand in hand with the Managing Director.
