My Advice

Be sincere and stay open to learning. As cliché as it may sound, sincerity is deeply valued in recruitment—an industry where many interactions can feel fleeting or transactional. Building genuine relationships takes time; it’s a long-term investment, not something formed through surface-level conversations. Learning, too, is a lifelong journey. Always remain curious and open to gaining new knowledge, whether from candidates or stakeholders, because every new insight contributes to shaping a better version of yourself.

My Background

I contributed to national public sector initiatives, took flight in the skies, landed in the fast-paced world of e-commerce, and eventually found my true footing in recruitment several years ago.

I began my recruitment journey on the technology desk, mastering the nuances of various tech pillars, before moving in-house to a Fintech organization where I led end-to end hiring for both technology and corporate functions across the APAC region.

My career has been a vibrant and diverse one—each experience shaping who I am today. Along this journey, I’ve discovered resilience, drive, and a version of myself I didn’t know existed.
