Join an international electronics manufacturer as a Recruitment Coordinator, supporting end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities across Japan. In this dynamic role, you will coordinate interviews, manage pre-hire processes, support onboarding, collaborate across HR functions, and ensure a best-in-class recruitment experience for candidates and hiring teams. This position offers excellent exposure to HR operations within a global manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to support onboarding and all stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Assist with company-wide HR and TA projects, talent marketing events, and process improvement initiatives.
- Schedule onsite and virtual interviews, ensuring smooth coordination across time zones.
- Manage and execute post-offer and pre-hire processes.
- Serve as the primary contact for recruiting vendors, candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Build, communicate, and implement efficient recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience.
- Maintain career sites, job postings, and TA documentation as needed.
- Support invoice processing and recruitment-related administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience scheduling interviews, including across multiple time zones.
- Experience working closely with senior leaders.
- Experience maintaining career sites, job postings, and TA systems.
- Experience handling invoices and recruitment-related administration.
Soft Skills:
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
- High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Interest in developing a career in recruiting or broader HR functions.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level.
- English: Intermediate to Business level.
