Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute L&D programs aligned with HR strategy and organizational goals
- Design and deliver internal training using diverse formats, improving effectiveness through feedback
- Manage external vendors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective learning solutions
- Develop and roll out leadership programs for high-potential employees
- Track and analyze training impact using KPIs, ROI, and behavior change metrics
- Drive employee engagement via onboarding, knowledge sharing, and DEI activities
- Utilize data insights to improve learning culture and employee development initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years in L&D or HR-related roles with a proven record in designing and delivering employee development programs
- Skilled in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning, vendor management, and training evaluation
- Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Strong understanding of training impact measurement frameworks including ROI
Soft Skills:
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
- Strong vendor management and project coordination abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present actionable insights
- Effective in managing change and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native
- English: Conversational or above, capable of creating business documentation

- Experience working in both Japanese and global companies
- Strong cross-cultural collaboration experience
