Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening through offer management and onboarding support.
- Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber sales and commercial talent.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Manage external recruitment agencies and vendors to ensure effective talent acquisition delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen market visibility.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide market insights to support workforce planning decisions.
- Contribute to the continued growth and expansion of the Japan business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong direct sourcing and candidate attraction capabilities.
- Experience recruiting commercial professionals such as Sales, Marketing, Buyers, or related business functions.
- Ability to work effectively within a growing, agile, and fast-paced environment.
- Experience partnering with business leaders and managing external recruitment agencies.
