Key Responsibilities
- Shape and execute regional commercial strategy to grow product adoption

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or similar qualification preferred
- 10+ years of experience, including regional marketing or commercial leadership
- Strong background in healthcare, medical device, or implantable technologies
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication and presentation skills
- Able to influence stakeholders across matrixed and complex environments
- Strong analytical ability to turn insights into strategy
- Proven experience managing multiple high-impact projects concurrently
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Conversational to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in capital or surgical device marketing
- Familiarity with APAC healthcare systems and regulatory nuances
