Key Responsibilities

- Oversee team performance, mentor staff, and support talent development and engagement
- Coordinate marketing activities, including campaigns, events, and digital initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in product management or marketing, including 5+ years in managerial roles

- Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and decision-making skills
Soft Skills:
