A global OTA company is seeking a Sales Representative to manage hotel partnerships, optimize travel solutions for corporate clients, and support business development to enhance the corporate travel experience.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Manage hotel sourcing projects, aligning with corporate client needs and negotiating with hotel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel suppliers, ensuring smooth booking experiences and resolving travel issues.
- Track and optimize hotel program performance to develop strategic partnerships with clients.
- Provide consultancy and support to sales teams during client acquisition and contract negotiations.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in hotel sourcing and client satisfaction.
Required skills
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, travel management, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven and results-oriented, with strong analytical abilities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; willingness to travel as needed.
- Fluent in Japanese and English (Chinese is a plus).
