This position plays a central role in optimizing the commercial function by leading SFE initiatives, improving compensation frameworks, and leveraging CRM data. Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales software to support operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business trends
- Conduct sales forecasting and provide insights on business performance
- Lead sales operations and process improvement projects across cross-functional teams
- Design and manage quarterly sales incentive plans and ensure accurate payments
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on contract management and digital signatures
- Identify training gaps and develop programs to enhance sales capabilities
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant business or sales operations experience
- Proficient in Salesforce and business analysis; ability to manage independent projects
