Roles/Responsibilities

• Manage multiple electronics retail chains and develop quarterly sales plans.
• Conduct regular consultations with retail partners in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Operate various rebate programs.
• Lead planning, execution, and operation of in-store decorations and content.
• Plan and lead sales strategies utilizing store staff and in-store promoters.

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher with at least one year of retail sales experience.
• Proficiency in Chinese/Japanese
• Familiarity with Japan's consumer product channels and business models.

Preferred skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with related domestic and international teams or departments.
