Roles/Responsibilities
- Customer Requirements: Understand customer needs and share them with the project team.
- Price Strategy Development and Implementation: Set pricing objectives based on market research and competitor analysis, and execute the CAA (pricing strategy).
- Negotiation and Proposals: Submit competitive quotes within deadlines and lead contract and pricing negotiations with customers.
- Project Participation: Collaborate with the project team to reflect the customer's perspective.
- Providing Commercial Insights: Deliver value propositions to inspire change in customers.
- Budget Management and Sales Target Achievement: Manage revenue growth and formulate customer budgets and targets.
- Operational Responsibilities: Perform price adjustments, handle billing, resolve quality issues, and reduce overdue payments at the regional level.
