Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for infectious disease diagnostics
- Collaborate with sales to create high-impact sales enablement tools
- Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, events) and track performance

- Conduct market analysis to inform strategy and support innovation
- Lead, mentor, and grow the Japan marketing team
- Partner with global teams and KOLs to align brand and communication strategy
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of product marketing and 2+ years in team leadership
- Deep understanding of the Japanese healthcare or diagnostics market
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Experience managing large-scale marketing projects across departments
Soft Skills:
- Comfortable working within a global matrix organization
- Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting business priorities
- Strong project prioritization and cross-functional coordination skills
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native
- English: Intermediate to Business level
