A leading global technology company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support its B2B marketing operations for the Japanese market.
This role focuses on Japanese localization quality assurance (QA), marketing content management, newsletter operations, and marketing event coordination. Working closely with APAC marketing teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external agencies, you will help ensure that all Japanese marketing content meets the highest standards of quality, brand consistency, and cultural relevance.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reviewer for Japanese localization of marketing materials including sales collateral, campaign assets, landing pages, and digital content.
- Review and proofread English-to-Japanese marketing translations, ensuring brand consistency, cultural accuracy, and high-quality messaging.
- Recommend improvements to translated copy to make content more engaging for enterprise advertisers and agency partners.
- Manage the publishing and distribution of marketing newsletters.
- Support content curation and publishing across owned marketing channels while maintaining brand and visual standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update website content, including customer success stories and case studies.
- Coordinate both online and offline marketing events from planning through execution.
- Manage RSVP tracking, guest lists, invitations, and attendee communications.
- Maintain event registration pages and event websites.
- Provide on-site event logistics support and coordinate resources during live events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, localization review, marketing operations, or event coordination.
- Experience reviewing and proofreading translated marketing content with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including content schedules, event coordination, and RSVP management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
