Key Responsibilities
- Underwrite liability insurance and non-statutory workers' compensation policies
- Manage portfolio loss ratios and recommend improvement measures
- Draft renewal terms and analyze loss statistics for key accounts
- Coordinate with Sales teams to plan and execute promotional strategies
- Collaborate with global teams on large-scale accounts
- Drive process improvements through cross-functional projects
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of underwriting experience in non-life insurance
- Strong knowledge of liability insurance products, underwriting, and risk management
- Proven ability to develop strategy and communicate effectively
- Competent in insurance systems and standard office applications
- English reading and writing skills for professional correspondence
