Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, terms of use, and transaction structures for group products and services

Provide legal advice on consumer protection, data privacy, payment services, and IT-related laws and regulations

Offer legal support for board of directors' and shareholder meetings

Support cross-border transactions and assist with overseas business expansion

Improve legal workflows using generative AI, LLMs, and automation tools
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

Licensed attorney in Japan with 5+ years of corporate legal experience

Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, and regulatory law

Experience supporting complex or high-growth business operations
