Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis to identify trends, improve strategies, and recommend tactical changes.
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and ROI analysis for business initiatives.
- Collaborate with APAC and US teams on annual strategies, performance tracking, and best practice sharing.
- Optimize e-commerce metrics, including SEO, site performance, and customer engagement.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, budget management, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with 3rd-party platforms and vendors to maximize e-commerce sales and market reach.
- Strategically plan product collections, inventory, and local partnerships to achieve KPIs and growth.
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of eCommerce experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experience managing data warehouses (e.g., POS, syndicated data).
- Proven analytical skills in eCommerce retail partnerships and marketing channels (SEO, OOS, conversion metrics).
Preferred skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to mentor and guide others; experience in sales, accounting, or business is a plus.
- Eagerness to understand company products and operations deeply.
