Plan, develop, and implement learning and talent development programs across Japan and APAC.
Partner with HR and business leaders to analyze talent data, assess organizational readiness, and design targeted development strategies.
Lead training needs assessments to identify learning gaps and develop competency-based solutions.
Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure effective program delivery and quality standards.
Design, facilitate, and evaluate leadership, management, and sales training programs, including initiatives for high-potential employees.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to align programs with company-wide learning strategies and digital transformation goals.
8-10 years of professional experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
Proven experience managing L&D programs across Japan and/or APAC.
Strong understanding of learning frameworks, instructional design, and digital learning tools.
Experience in vendor management, training facilitation, and program evaluation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to influence and inspire others.
Strong project management skills in a matrixed, fast-paced global environment.
