    About the job

    As a Key Account Manager, you will lead territory sales and customer management activities across the healthcare market. This position focuses on delivering strong commercial results, building long-term customer relationships, and gathering market intelligence to support business growth. Working closely with internal teams, you will identify opportunities, foster collaboration, and contribute to an inclusive, high-performance work environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Achieve sales objectives within assigned territory and support ongoing customer engagement
    • Visit healthcare facilities to provide product information and gather market insights
    • Execute management-driven action plans to meet commercial and strategic goals
    • Report business performance, opportunities, and trends to leadership
    • Collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge to support team success
    • Identify improvements or new initiatives to enhance business outcomes
    • Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture through active participation

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree or higher
    • Valid driver's license for local travel
    • Proven experience in consultative or technical sales, preferably in healthcare
    • Strong presentation and communication skills for professional audiences
    Soft Skills:
    • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
    • Results-driven mindset with commitment to achieving targets
    • Proficiency in IT tools for reporting, tracking, and communication
    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Fluent
    • English: Basic level (for simple collaboration with global teams)

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience with healthcare product sales, territory management, or customer engagement
    • Familiarity with medical device market trends and clinical workflows
