Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate risks in detail and apply appropriate control measures for sound decision-making
- Maintain full compliance with underwriting guidelines through thorough documentation, claims analysis, and consistent quality checks
- Represent offerings in client discussions and negotiations to support business development
- Enter and manage data in internal systems, ensuring accurate checks and registrations for day-to-day operations
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and attend meetings with agencies, brokers, and clients to gather insights and ensure smooth cross-cultural communication
- Contribute innovative ideas for new services and creative solutions to address emerging market opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Insurance experience in a non-life insurer, with a background in underwriting, product development, sales, or claims
- Business-level English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Intermediate to Business level
