Key Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering hiring strategy aligned with business and product growth goals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including talent planning, sourcing, and onboarding
- Address organizational issues such as retention, motivation, and team performance
- Partner with leadership and Engineering Managers to shape team structures and culture
- Drive internal communications, culture events, and cross-team engagement initiatives
- Support global HR coordination and integration across international offices
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of HRBP experience, ideally in tech or high-growth companies
- Hands-on experience with engineering recruitment and onboarding
Soft Skills:
- Ability to navigate fast-paced environments
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Fluent
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Prior HRBP experience supporting tech or engineering teams
