Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end talent and organizational development initiatives to strengthen workforce capabilities
- Plan, execute, and improve training programs including onboarding, level-based learning, and selective development initiatives
- Conduct organizational diagnostics, analyze survey results, identify root causes, and support action plans to enhance team effectiveness
- Support talent management processes such as performance evaluations, career development, and succession planning
- Promote language-learning programs and internal communication initiatives to enhance collaboration in a multicultural workplace
- Serve as an HR Business Partner, designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals across development, recruitment, performance, and compensation
- Partner with business leaders to resolve division-level talent issues, drive engagement, and secure top talent through strategic hiring
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Over 2 years of HR experience
- Ability to use standard office software
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and approach new challenges proactively
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Intermediate to Business level
- English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in HR business partnering, talent development, or organizational development in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of HR processes across recruitment, performance, and compensation
