A leading multinational medical technology company is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic HR support to managers and directors. This role focuses on employee relations, organizational culture, and retention while executing HR strategies that directly impact business outcomes. As a trusted advisor, you will drive change management, facilitate communication, and support leadership in building a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement organizational change using proven change management techniques.
- Apply and interpret HR policies and procedures across the business.
- Facilitate challenging discussions among stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Execute HR business strategies, advising leaders and partnering with SMEs to deliver solutions.
- Partner with managers and directors to implement proactive HR initiatives.
- Drive programs, policies, and procedures that build an engaged, high-performance culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 8+ years of HR experience, including supporting multiple functions and collaborating with COEs and business leaders.
- Previous experience as an HRBP or HR Manager preferred.
- Strong facilitation, consulting, influence, and negotiation skills.
- Proven project management, business acumen, and analytical ability.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native-level proficiency.
- English: Business-level proficiency.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to exercise independent judgment with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex HR issues to managers and employees.
- Experience developing solutions based on best practices and feedback.
- Ability to provide recommendations to leadership while managing stakeholder input.
