Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

Minimum 5 years' experience in HR, with a focus on Japanese labor law and compliance

Hands-on experience with payroll and social insurance processes
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR data analysis

Familiarity with HR systems and compliance documentation
