Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for enterprise SaaS products via ticketing systems, phone, and video conferencing in Japanese
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues across UI, integrations, and database layers
- Collaborate daily with global engineering teams to resolve advanced technical challenges
- Analyze logs and perform root cause analysis using Java, SQL, and JavaScript
- Contribute to and utilize internal knowledge bases and global communication in English
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical support for enterprise software or web-based IT applications
- Strong experience in JavaScript, including at least 2 years of coding or code review
- Experience troubleshooting complex SaaS or enterprise-level systems
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical environments
- Excellent communication skills to engage with developers and enterprise clients
- Proactive mindset with the ability to independently investigate issues before escalation
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent/native-level (including professional written communication)
- English: Business-level proficiency (reading and writing required; speaking preferred)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Java development or reading code
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL query development
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS), APIs (REST/SOAP), and authentication protocols (SSO/OAuth/LDAP)
- Understanding of IT infrastructure (OS, networking) or experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure and Teams
