Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience working within the IT service industry
- Proven track record of writing and producing official manuals or technical publications
- Direct experience managing government-related projects including application submissions
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Native-level Japanese communication skills in both written and spoken professional contexts
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native-level fluency required
- English: Business-level fluency preferred for international collaboration

- Experience with authentication services such as OAuth2 or OIDC
