Key Responsibilities
- Perform break-fix support for servers, networking equipment, racks, and structured cabling
- Install, replace, and troubleshoot data center hardware and physical infrastructure
- Support server deployment, maintenance, and optimization activities
- Plan and execute new rack installations and infrastructure buildouts
- Manage tickets, prioritize tasks, and handle issue escalation in a production environment
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical and operations teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Hands-on experience in a data center or mission-critical operations environment
- Practical exposure to IT infrastructure, hardware systems, or networking equipment
- Experience supporting hardware troubleshooting, cabling, or operational tasks
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new technologies and build technical expertise
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends
Language Requirements:
- English: Intermediate to Business level
- Japanese: Not required
