Key Responsibilities

- Develop end-to-end features across batch processing, DAG workflows, and backend systems.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines with strong maintainability and reliability.
- Build and operate large-scale batch processing systems for global datasets.
- Monitor and improve data quality through dashboards and alerting systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Strong experience in Go or Python development, including design, testing, and CI/CD implementation.
- Expertise in building data pipelines using DAG-based workflows.
- Hands-on experience with big data frameworks (Apache Spark or similar).
Soft Skills:
- Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional and global teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot production issues.
- Proactive and self-driven approach to continuous improvement and optimization.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Business level
