Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Lead architecture discussions, middleware selection, and technical decision-making throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable system designs and efficient code implementations.
- Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions to improve system stability.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to ensure platform reliability and continuous service improvement.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, and development practices to enhance system performance and team productivity.
- Contribute to system operations, monitoring, and performance optimization initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional backend development experience using Java and Spring Framework within microservices environments.
- Strong experience developing REST APIs, OpenAPI specifications, and enterprise-grade web applications.
- Hands-on experience with ORM frameworks, relational databases, and database schema design.
- Advanced SQL knowledge, including query optimization and database performance tuning.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and automated testing practices.
- Experience working on large-scale, high-traffic production systems.

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of infrastructure, operating systems, database tuning, and application performance optimization.
- Frontend development experience using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Material UI.
- Experience working within affiliate marketing, ad tech, digital marketing, or large-scale internet platforms.
