We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support and enhance enterprise financial application platforms within a global financial services environment. This role focuses on cloud infrastructure, application operations, CI/CD automation, system monitoring, and operational excellence across large-scale enterprise systems. You will work closely with regional stakeholders and offshore technical teams to ensure stable, secure, and high-performing production environments while contributing to modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise application operations to maintain system stability, security, and availability.
- Collaborate with offshore development teams to support deployment and operational activities.
- Build, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve automation and release efficiency.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using logging and monitoring platforms.
- Investigate and troubleshoot production incidents to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation related to system architecture and operational procedures.
- Support infrastructure optimization, operational improvements, and system tuning initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement technical solutions.
- Conduct system reviews and contribute to operational best practices and governance standards.
- Research and implement modern DevOps methodologies and cloud-native technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or application operations roles.
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise production environments and release operations.
- Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience using scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience with monitoring and logging platforms including Splunk, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Experience collaborating with offshore or distributed technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
