Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

15+ years in IT project and program management with a strong record of successful delivery

Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including Agile and DevOps practices

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and engage with diverse teams

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in Japanese (Fluent) and English (Business level)
