Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain senior executive and CxO-level client relationships with key accounts.
- Drive business development and market expansion across priority service lines.
- Attract, retain, and develop top-tier consulting talent in Japan.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Extensive experience leading mid-sized to large consulting teams at Partner or equivalent level.
- Proven track record building and managing executive-level client relationships.
- Hands-on experience in financial advisory, corporate finance, restructuring, litigation, fraud, or forensic consulting.
- Deep understanding of market trends and structural changes within the Japanese consulting landscape.

- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at board and executive levels.
