This role focuses on delivering cross-border transformation programs across banking, capital markets, insurance, and asset management, while working closely with global stakeholders. You will play a key role in driving business expansion, managing complex global projects, and advising senior client leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support global transformation programs across financial services sectors including banking, insurance, capital markets, and asset management.
- Plan and develop initiatives to expand global business activities within the consulting team.
- Identify client needs related to global operations and lead new and ongoing proposal activities.
- Communicate with executive-level client management, managing expectations and building long-term trusted relationships.
- Lead project management for global engagements, covering scope, schedule, risks, staffing, budget, and deliverables.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments impacting financial services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Management experience delivering projects at financial institutions related to regulation, business transformation, technology, digital initiatives, or strategy.
- Project management experience in a consulting environment or within a financial institution.
- Experience working across Japan and international markets on transformation initiatives.
Soft Skills:
