Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex IT initiatives, maintaining scope, timeline, and quality standards

- Coordinate local and international teams to manage resources, mitigate risks, and achieve key milestones

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 15+ years in IT project and program management with a strong record of successful delivery
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including Agile and DevOps practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and engage with diverse teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in Japanese (Fluent) and English (Business level)
- Comfortable working in an international, cross-cultural environment
Soft Skills:
- Client relationship building and long-term stakeholder trust
- Leadership and mentorship of project managers and technical teams
- Cross-cultural collaboration with both offshore and onsite teams
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Intermediate/Business level
