Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to identify and document requirements
- Prepare detailed specifications for developers and stakeholders
- Create and assign tickets in a ticketing system (Backlog preferred)
- Review developers' work and ensure alignment with specifications
- Conduct cross-browser checks to guarantee optimal functionality
- Communicate project updates effectively with all stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years managing IT application projects
- Strong ability to prepare clear technical specifications
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Backlog preferred)
- Some hands-on experience as a web developer
- Knowledge of MVC or MTV frameworks
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English
