Join a global consulting firm based in Europe as the Head of Manufacturing & SCM Consulting, where you will lead the manufacturing and supply chain (SCM) verticals for both business and IT consulting. You will drive strategy and growth while maintaining strong relationships with key industry executives, leading business development, and building a high-performing consulting team in Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategy for the SCM and manufacturing consulting practice
- Maintain strong relationships with CxO and department heads in key client accounts across Japan
- Drive business development, identifying new opportunities in both existing accounts and new logos
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in SCM and manufacturing
- Recruit, mentor, and develop consultants, fostering a high-performing team culture
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

Director-level or higher experience in management consulting, IT consulting, or sales focused on the manufacturing and SCM industries

Proven success winning large deals with manufacturing and SCM clients in Japan

Strong relationships with executives in key SCM and manufacturing accounts
