Key Responsibilities
- Develop and propose corporate strategies, growth plans, and organizational transformations
- Support M&A strategy, deal execution, and post-merger integration (PMI)
- Engage in digital, R&D, and innovation strategy projects
- Collaborate with international organizations, government agencies, and industry partners
- Build client relationships and manage project teams effectively
- Conduct in-depth analysis, research, and strategy implementation
- Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing knowledge across the firm
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Strategy consulting or corporate strategy/management experience
- Strong logical thinking and strategic proposal skills
- Advanced English proficiency to engage in international projects
- Experience in planning and proposing solutions for complex business challenges
- Ability to influence and engage multiple stakeholders
