Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps.
- Support the establishment of security governance structures, including CSIRT/PSIRT set-up and training.
- Enhance IoT, automotive, and factory (OT) security across manufacturing industries.
- Provide consulting on personal data protection and global privacy laws.
- Strengthen supply chain-wide security management systems.
- Deliver executive-level advisory services and contribute to global initiatives.
- Collaborate with expert teams to solve complex cybersecurity challenges.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Background in cybersecurity, IT/DX, or related consulting experience.
- Project management or client engagement experience preferred.
- Practical exposure to security audits, ISMS/BCMS, or privacy regulations a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and teams.
- Logical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to structure complex issues into clear deliverables.
- Passion for learning new technologies and regulations.

Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level.
- English: Intermediate to business-level proficiency.

- Experience in cloud, network, or ERP infrastructure design and implementation.
- Technical sales or implementation support for security products and services.
- Experience collaborating on global projects or with overseas offices.
