A global fintech payments company is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage and grow relationships with clients in the education sector, driving client satisfaction, revenue growth, and adoption of innovative payment solutions.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and strategic alignment.
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies to drive growth, utilization, and client success.
- Collaborate with internal teams on onboarding, marketing, training, and solution integration to achieve business outcomes.
- Lead commercial activities, including contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and introducing new services.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance to optimize client operations and revenue.
Required skills
- 3+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or sales.
- Background in education or fintech sectors is a plus.
- Proficient in consultative sales with a strong ability to address client needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.
- Fluent in Japanese and English, with excellent communication skills.
