Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of M&A, ECM, and DCM transactions from origination to completion

- Conduct market research and support strategic advisory initiatives
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth transaction execution
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in corporate finance within investment banking, corporate banking, rating agencies, or strategy consulting in Japan
- Experience supporting financial transactions or strategic advisory projects
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, valuation, and capital markets
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Language Requirements:
- English: Business level
- Japanese: Native level
