Key Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding and account setup processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Handle operational inquiries and provide timely client support
- Coordinate with relationship managers and overseas teams on client-related matters
- Perform reconciliation and monitoring tasks to ensure operational accuracy
- Provide product and service support while maintaining strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and client experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client services, operations, custody, settlement, or financial services support
- Experience supporting institutional or corporate clients
- Understanding of custody, settlement, or securities services operations
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to operational support
Language Requirements:
- English: Fluent
- Japanese: Fluent
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
