Consultant Manager

As a Consultant Manager, you will support major clients with end-to-end consulting services, including IT strategy and business transformation.

Roles/Responsibilities

• IT Strategy Formulation and Cost Optimization
• IT System Procurement and Project Management (PMO)
• Business Process Analysis, Redesign (BPR), and Implementation
• Lead large-scale system renewal projects
• Support IT implementation and new business planning across industries like finance, manufacturing, and telecommunications

Required skills

• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• Native Japanese proficiency

Preferred skills

• Consulting firm experience
• Business-level English proficiency
