This role combines automotive sales strategy, dealer management, retail operations, CRM optimization, and customer engagement within the premium automotive sector. Key Responsibilities

- Manage vehicle allocation, inventory flow, and distribution planning across the dealer network.
- Act as the key liaison between headquarters and dealers while supporting product launches and sales programs.
- Support VIP customer cases and premium customer engagement activities.
- Enhance dealer operations through CRM optimization, training support, compliance monitoring, and operational improvements.
- Oversee used car business activities, sales reporting accuracy, and execution of operational targets.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support retail performance and market expansion initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, dealer management, or commercial operations.
- Automotive industry or luxury brand experience preferred.
- Experience supporting retail performance, market analysis, and dealer business planning initiatives.
- Strong understanding of vehicle supply management and commercial coordination.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects within a commercial business environment.
