Join a global leader in advanced medical imaging as an Application Specialist, providing expert training, workflow optimization, and nationwide application support. You will work directly with hospitals and clinics to enhance system usage, improve imaging workflows, and elevate the overall customer experience. By collaborating with clinical teams, supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities, and optimizing site-specific workflows, you will play a critical role in improving diagnostic quality and operational efficiency across Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on application training and education to optimize customer use of imaging systems
- Conduct on-site demonstrations, workflow assessments, and operational support at medical facilities
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including troubleshooting and value-added service delivery
- Act as the primary liaison between end-users and internal engineering or technical teams
- Assist with exhibitions, demo events, and professional workshops to showcase product capabilities
- Develop tailored workflows and provide recommendations to improve productivity and image quality
- Gather customer feedback to support service improvements, training material updates, and product enhancement opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in radiology, engineering, physics, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a radiological technologist or relevant clinical role
- At least 2 years of experience in imaging applications, clinical support, or related healthcare sales
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes
Soft Skills:
- Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication abilities
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving and consultative skills
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within assigned regions
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Basic level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with imaging system workflow optimization or application development
- Knowledge of advanced imaging modalities and clinical best practices
