Key Responsibilities
- Drive development and delivery of the AD3 automation program with high technical standards.
- Lead and manage a 20-member engineering team, including external partners.
- Oversee four product lines and maintain alignment with program objectives.
- Act as the primary R&D contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication across suppliers, OEM clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely achievement of milestones while maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Support continuous improvement and strengthen collaboration across all project interfaces.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Hands-on experience with ADAS technologies and automotive development processes.
- Strong background in electronics engineering or related technical fields.
- Proven management experience leading large engineering teams.
- Experience coordinating with suppliers, OEM clients, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple product lines across a large organization.
- Willingness to visit OEM sites weekly for program support and alignment.
