Minimum 3 years of experience organizing and coordinating domestic day tours in Japan.
In-depth knowledge of Japan's travel destinations and local logistics.
Chinese: Native-level proficiency
Japanese: Business-level proficiency
English: Comfortable for internal communication
Proactive team player who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Located in Osaka or willing to relocate for the role.
Familiarity with managing vendor partnerships and tour scheduling software is a plus.
