Leading Payment Services Provider seeking for talented Sales Executive

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Responsible for new business development and account management / growth with key (SMB and Large) merchants in portfolio
  • Understand and analyze the merchants' business and operations, including future business direction, execute business strategies on merchants' business growth
  • Adhere to the needs of the market and share with Product, Marketing and Partnerships teams
  • Implement effective ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions
  • Cross Sell/Up selling products and leads

Required skills

  • 1 to 5 years experience in Sales, Account Management (in Fintech, Payment, Ecommerce, or related fields liaising with merchants)
  • passion and drive for new technologies and payment business
  • strong sales track record in Japan market
